Role type: Researcher position
Location: Cranfield Campus
Employment type: Part-Time, 5 hours a week (ability to potentially increase to 15 hours from April 2026 depending on other Presidents’ terms)
Role overview: The CSA is seeking a passionate and proactive President of Research and Education to advocate for students’ academic interests, contribute to working practices, and enhance the educational experience at Cranfield University. The role involves working closely with student course reps, faculty, and CSA staff to support academic policies, research student concerns, and act as the direct link between the student body and the University.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with others, organising activities, and advocating for student needs. Open to both taught course and researcher applications, it comes with the flexibility to reduce hours or hold the position for less than one year should you leave campus before the end of the elected term.
