During the 27th to 30th of March, students Astrid Rosales and Oswaldo Porras proudly represented Cranfield University at the European Aerostudent Games, a major international event that brings together aerospace engineering students from across Europe.
The European Aerostudent Games (EAG) is an annual multi-sport event that brings together students from leading aerospace universities, combining sports competitions with opportunities to meet peers from across Europe and build connections within the aerospace community.
During the event, both students competed in tennis, taking part in singles and doubles matches. It also marked a return for the Cranfield Tennis Club, which had not participated in external competitions for several years.
Representing Cranfield University at an international event provided valuable competitive experience and an opportunity to engage with students from other institutions in a setting beyond the academic environment.
The Cranfield Tennis Club hopes this participation encourages more students to get involved in future competitions and continue building a presence in university sports events.
