The Cranfield Jitsu Club teaches practical self-defence through traditional Japanese Jiu-Jitsu techniques adapted for modern situations. Learn how to handle real-life threats using throws, locks, strikes, and evasive techniques in a safe and friendly environment.
Beginners are always welcome—no experience or fitness level required. Just bring loose clothing and a willingness to learn!
*Please note that all sports clubs which occur in the sports hall will have to also pay a fee at the sports hall to use the space and facilities. This is seperate to the club membership.
