There are three ways for clubs and societies to access or use their funds.

For online purchases, send the CSA a link to the item you would like to purchase, and we can make the purchase on the club’s behalf.

For in-person purchases, two committee members should visit the CSA office to collect the required cash. After making the purchase, please return any receipts and any remaining change to the CSA.

Alternatively, you can make the purchase using your own card or money and claim the cost back by completing the expense claim form and submitting it along with the relevant receipts. More information on expense can be found here.
